Registration fee is inclusive of:

  • Online Access to the digital platform for the live scientific sessions of the EDEG 2021 Virtual Annual Meeting.
  • Personalized Username & Password will be sent shortly before the Meeting begins.
  • Scientific Final Program- Abstract Book of the Meeting (electronic pdf file)
  • Online Access to the digital platform for the on-demand EDEG 2021 Virtual Annual Meeting for 1 year
  • Appropriate vat and taxes
  • E - Certificate of Participation


Cancellation Policy

Written Notification of Cancellation must be sent to contact@edeg-web-meeting2021.com

For written cancellations sent until end of March 2021, the total amount of deposit will be refunded, minus a 20.00 (€)  EUR cancellation fee.

Unfortunately, refunds are not possible to be made for Cancellations Notifications that will be made after 1 April 2021.

Name Changes of Registration

Should any participant be unable to attend, the Registration may be transferred to another colleague without any additional charge. We would appreciate if you could inform the Secretariat Desk at contact@edeg-web-meeting2021.com  in such case ideally at least one week prior the 55th Virtual Annual Meeting of EDEG.
